Avoid Crowds in Aruba with our daily crowd predictions for the entire island. Aruba is a year round destination. During the ‘standard Caribbean season’, the winter months, we mostly look at American travel patterns. During the summer months (July to September) most Caribbean islands see less tourism. Aruba is located south in the Caribbean and is not so exposed to hurricanes and therefore also attracts tourists during the hot summer months. Tourists from Europe, mostly travel during the summer and due to its historic relationship with the Netherlands, Aruba attracts lots of Dutch tourists. As a result, the summer months are relatively busy compared to other Caribbean destinations. In addition, we have Aruba’s cruise ship schedule and know exactly when big ships make Oranjestad busy or not.
