Our New York City data is a Beta release! We collected data about hotel occupancy rates, average hotel prices, school vacations, travel patterns and much more. But we also know we are experts in European crowd data and are not necessarily experts when it comes to the United States. The above crowd scores for New York City are based on Manhattan. We did keep in mind that events outside Manhattan can have an effect on other boroughs. We are also aware that not all data relevant for the US is included in this Beta release.
Best time to travel to New York depends on your preferences. If you want to have great weather you are likely to experience larger crowds. If you like museums, you can consider traveling in the colder winter months when crowds are much lower.
Disclaimer: We put a lot of effort into getting our data right. However, we have to rely on external data sources which are available in many different languages. Therefore, we can only promise we do our best. We cannot guarantee that our data is correct. No rights can be derived from this publication.
