The parades take Oranjestad and San Nicolas; the rest of the island keeps its own time. Eagle Beach's width, Arikok's trails and the dunes, or a morning snorkel at Mangel Halto are exactly as good that weekend, and the town returns to itself once the last float has passed. advice
