Where are the crowds in Miami during the Marathon?
The course goes out across the bay and comes back, so the closures land where the city is narrowest: the causeways between downtown and the Beach, and the downtown streets around Bayfront Park at the finish. A big share of the field flies in for it, so the hotels feel it too.
